Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher to use on your next White Fox haul.
